**Refund & Return Policy**

All vehicles sold by Killer Automotive are sold **as-is**, with no dealer warranty, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of sale.

**Exceptions:**
– If a vehicle still has remaining original manufacturer warranty coverage, that warranty remains in effect and is handled directly by the manufacturer or an authorized dealer.
– Customers may choose to purchase an extended warranty or vehicle service contract at the time of sale. Any coverage, claims, or refunds related to an extended warranty are governed by the terms of that specific warranty provider.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on vehicle purchases once the sale is completed and the vehicle has left the premises, except where required by applicable law.

All sales are final. We encourage buyers to review any remaining manufacturer warranty or extended warranty options before completing the purchase.
